We had a great stay at this hotel near the Saalbach ski area. The rooms were comfortable and charming, with a mix of old and modern touches. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where the food was exceptional. The hotel had a sauna and ski locker room for convenience.

Some guests wished there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Loved the service and food, staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. The rooms were equipped with modern fittings and very spacious; the beds were comfortable and we got a good night's rest. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast while the restaurant had great selections of food and drinks. The overall ambiance of the place was very lovely; it had a classic and historic feel to it that made it unique and memorable.

We wished there were more options of channels to choose from on the TV and translation services provided for non-native speakers to help understand all the available services at the hotel and their operating methods. we would have preferred clarity on the charges for our children's meals as we did not expect to pay full price on their food.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of translations. It would have been helpful to have information available in different languages, especially regarding the available services and how things operate.
